About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to keep the engine of Kopfus running smoothly. You'll support project delivery, manage vendor relationships, streamline internal processes, and help build the operational foundation as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate cross-functional project activities and timelines
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Maintain internal documentation and SOPs
- Support HR operations including onboarding and employee experience
- Track budgets, invoices, and operational expenses
- Organize team events, retreats, and logistics
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or office management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, or similar productivity tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Nice to Have
- Experience in IT/tech startup environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Linear)
- Interest in AI/technology industry
- Experience with basic financial tracking and reporting
