Business Development Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive Kopfus's growth across India, US, and EU markets. You'll be responsible for building relationships with enterprise decision-makers, understanding their AI challenges, and positioning Kopfus as their ideal technology partner.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and qualify enterprise AI opportunities across target verticals
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders
  • Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handoffs
  • Track pipeline metrics and provide accurate revenue forecasting
  • Represent Kopfus at industry events, conferences, and meetups

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years in B2B business development or enterprise sales
  • Track record of closing deals in technology consulting or IT services
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and business applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
  • MBA or equivalent business degree preferred

Nice to Have

  • Existing network in US/EU enterprise technology markets
  • Experience selling AI/ML services or cloud solutions
  • Understanding of the AI consulting landscape in India
  • Experience with content marketing and thought leadership
