About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive Kopfus's growth across India, US, and EU markets. You'll be responsible for building relationships with enterprise decision-makers, understanding their AI challenges, and positioning Kopfus as their ideal technology partner.
What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify enterprise AI opportunities across target verticals
- Build and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders
- Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Track pipeline metrics and provide accurate revenue forecasting
- Represent Kopfus at industry events, conferences, and meetups
What You Bring
- 3-5 years in B2B business development or enterprise sales
- Track record of closing deals in technology consulting or IT services
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and business applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- MBA or equivalent business degree preferred
Nice to Have
- Existing network in US/EU enterprise technology markets
- Experience selling AI/ML services or cloud solutions
- Understanding of the AI consulting landscape in India
- Experience with content marketing and thought leadership
