About the Role
As an AI Product Designer, you'll be responsible for translating complex AI capabilities into intuitive, beautiful, and accessible user experiences. You'll work at the intersection of design, engineering, and data science to create products that feel magical yet trustworthy.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end design for AI-powered product features
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design audits
- Design interaction patterns for AI interactions (chat, voice, data viz)
- Maintain and evolve Kopfus design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate daily with engineers and product managers
- Present design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale
What You Bring
- 3-6 years of product design experience (SaaS or B2B preferred)
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex product design work
- Experience designing for AI/ML interfaces or data-heavy applications
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+)
- Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
Nice to Have
- Front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/React)
- Experience with design tokens and design systems at scale
- Background in behavioral psychology or cognitive science
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions
